난소 초음파

F/24 appe, PID 의심되어 시행한 sono

Ovary근처에 fluid collection

Ovulation 근처가 되면 정상적으로도 fluid 고이므로 PID라고 단정할 수 없다

tubular structure가 꼬여서 물처럼 보일수도 있다. 물론 이렇게 Tubo ovarian abscess가 시작한다.

Epidydimo- orchitis

1. Scrotal wall thickening

2. Fatty infiltration(원래는 homogenous 하게 흰편이다.)

좌 : 고환의 염증 (fatty infiltration) 우 : 정상

Normal epydidimis( 부고환은 고환보다 약간 어두운 정도)

1. 옆의 + +는 epydidimal cyst(benign)

부고환염 : hypoechoic하게 보인다

참고 torsion 한쪽 torsion이 생기면 antibody가 생겨서 반대측 고환마저 기능을 잃게 됨

응급질환

Tumor : 10만명당 한명

Tb 라면 abscess(덜아프다) 고환실질에 abscess 보임

Bacterial abscess도 보일수 있다(cyst형태로 고환실질내) 더 아프다

판독

1. heterogeneously decreased echogenicty of the relatively small -sized Rt.testis(Rt: 3.0x1.8x3.7cm, Lt: 3.5x2.2x3.9cm), with markedly hypoechoic & hypoplastic Rt.epididymal head portion, with difusely mildy increased vascularity, & diffuse scrotal skin thickening.
- epididymo-orchitis, Rt.
2. a small hypoechoic hydrocele with some echogenic debris, Lt.
- possibly complicated hydrocele, Lt.( complicated라는 말은 infected or hemorrhage이다)
3. a tiny(4mm) epididymal cyst at the Lt.head portion.
