보통 작은 probe가 frequency가 높고, superficial focus이다.

musculoskeletal probe : linear probe로 5~10MHZ를 많이 쓴다.

bone impedence가 높고

air는 impedence가 낮다.

볼때 주의하여야 할 Artifact

1. anisotrophy

2. critical angle shadow

3. acustic shodow

4. reverleration

너무 강한것이 가까이 있을때

초음파 순서

1.supraspinatus : 열중쉬어 자세에서 stretching되므로 잘보인다(defect가)

2.subacromial bursa

3. biseps tendon( groove 내에 fluid가 차 있나 , defect가 있나) , biceps discolation

4. subscapularis (transverse view에서 segment가 나눠져 보인다. 즉 이상소견이 아니다. 나누어져 보여서 이상소견처럼 보일수 있다)

5. A-C joint (joint capsule swelling정도 평행선보다 3mm 높으면 이상소견으로 본다(교과서적), 실제로 양측 비교가 더 중요하다)

6. infraspinatus(뒷쪽에서 probe를 댄다)

7. GH joint

SASD bursitis -> biceps tendon에 fluid collection이 잘 생긴다

impingement syndrome

AHD가 좁을때 생긴다

Adhesive capsulitis = frozen shoulder=오십견 = pathology 없다. sono로 labrum은 잘 안보인다. =임상적인 진단명이다.

calcific tendinitis = suction시 치약처럼나온다. 빼주면 환자가 시원해한다. 빼주면서 steroid inj하면 더 좋아한다.
